HYP Global is honored to invite Prof. Hai Xiao(Dean of the Department of Electronics and Computers and faculty of Engineering of Clemson University), Prof. Melissa Smith(Associate Dean of Postgraduate Affairs), and Harlan Russell(Director of Postgraduate Teaching) to join us in a seminar on admission of ECE department for master and doctoral programs. The seminar was hosted by Ms. April Hu, the project training manager of HYP Global. April gave a detailed introduction on Clemson University and the merits of its Department of Electronics and Computer Science.
Clemson University is a top-teer public research university established in 1889, located in Clemson, South Carolina. It is one of the top twenty public universities in the United States. Clemson University was selected as one of the most popular universities in the United States by students. The graduates’ employment rate is also among the highest across the states. The ECE Department, is one of the largest and most active departments in the school, providing more than 60 undergraduate-level courses and more than 80 master-doctoral-level courses. There are more than 50 nationally and globally renowned scholars and experts in the ECE Department. There are currently about 180 students in the graduate school, of which about 100 are doctoral students. The professor team includes several IEEE members (IEEE Fellow), 4 Endowed Chairs, and 8 Named Professorships. The department has top-notch research facilities, equipment, and sufficient research funding.
